What’s more unique than an all-electric hypercar? A custom all-electric hypercar to match your other limited-edition version of the same car. One lucky Battista Anniversario owner has received a one-of-a-kind Pininfarina Battista Reversario to match their one-of-five hypercar.
Mirror Image
The Battista Reversario is the inverse of the heritage-inspired Anniversario. The lower body is painted in Bianco Sestriere gloss, with the upper body in Grigio Antonelliano gloss. The accents are finished in Iconica Blu. Bespoke inscriptions featuring the ‘Reversario’ nameplate are featured on the carbon side wings and the underside of the active rear wing.
A Custom Interior
The Battista Reversario is just as beautiful on the inside. The Pilota seats are finished with white Alcantara quilting with perforation and Iconica Blu accents. The rest of the interior is mainly black, with carbon fiber on the steering wheel and in a few other areas. Iconica Blu highlights feature throughout the interior to match the seats and exterior. The interior blends performance and comfort brilliantly and the luxury focus of Automobili Pininfarina shines through perfectly.
A Very Lucky Customer
The owner of the one-off Automobili Pininfarina Battista Reversario also owns the fifth of the five Battista Anniversarios produced. Launched in 2020 to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the formation of the legendary design house, the design represents the heritage of the brand – something the Reversario also pays homage to. The Reversario owner commented: “I simply challenged them to understand what could be created if you follow your heart and passion. All credit goes to them.” It’s clear that they will never separate the two bespoke models. They added: “The twins are and forever will be associated with love perfected. The twins can never be separated because they are truly unified in design.” Dave Amantea, Chief Design Officer at Automobili Pininfarina said: “Reversario was the ultimate commission.” He stated that the Reversario was the perfect example of Automobili Pininfarina’s philosophy of ‘Dream cars. Made real.’
Electrifying Performance
Like the Anniversario, the Reversario is the most powerful road-legal Italian car ever made. With 1,900 horsepower and 2,340 Nm of torque, it can accelerate faster than a Formula One car. A 0-60mph time of 1.86 seconds is immense, but the Battista doesn’t just focus on performance. A range of 300 miles is up there with mass-market EVs, whilst the interior focuses on luxury as the Battista blends hypercars and GTs. The Reversario may not have any performance upgrades over the standard Battista, but visually it blows it out of the water and the owner is incredibly lucky to own two such beautiful and exclusive cars.
